As a symbolic collaboration between Korea and France, it fuses Marcel Duchamp’s avant-garde art with Jeong Seon’s (Gyeomjae) true-view landscape aesthetics, articulating a vision for a 21.5-century future city.

Located in the heart of Cheongdam-dong’s luxury street, this project goes beyond high-end residential living to introduce a new spatial product concept: an incubator for personal branding (“Me-Brand”). Designed as a core urban retreat, it offers creators inspiration and relaxation even within a dense city environment. By integrating residential, commercial, cultural, and artistic experiences, it sets a new benchmark for lifestyle design and stands as a market-leading creative landmark.

The first export-oriented residential model planned with the goal of globalizing Korean housing. Targeting next-generation female leaders (CEOs) who shape consumer trends, the project incorporates specialized designs tailored to their refined sensibilities. Spatial value is differentiated through a curated vertical composition of three global residential styles: Korean sensibility on the lower levels, European leisure on the mid-levels, and New York–style living on the upper floors.

Korea’s first avant-garde penthouse, pioneering a new genre of high-end residential living in the heart of Gangnam for third-generation global CEOs. By introducing surrealist aesthetics into spatial design, the architecture is elevated into a work of art. Through five fully customized unit strategies that reject uniformity, the project achieved a remarkable 100% sell-out in just five days—becoming a definitive success story in high-end real estate development.

A 3,498-unit landmark development built in Suwon, conceived as an eco-lifestyle city centered around the “Vitamin Cell Park” ecological landscape master plan. The project introduced the innovative Alpha Space, a groundbreaking residential layout that became a game-changer in Korean housing culture by maximizing spatial efficiency. It stood out as the only project to achieve a 100% sell-out during the 2008 global financial crisis, proving its exceptional market competitiveness.

Designed in 2012 as Seoul’s future global icon, this project is the world’s first expandable media bridge. Infused with the artistic spirit of pioneering video artist Paik Nam-june, it transforms the Han River into a 24-hour cultural and tourism district. The 1-kilometer-long, six-level mega-structure integrates pedestrian circulation, convention spaces, culture, art, hotels, parking, marinas, and vehicular traffic, declaring Korea’s global leadership as the birthplace of media art through a monumental work of social installation art.

Created through global collaboration with six world-renowned architectural firms, the project establishes a powerful urban axis connecting Yongsan and the Han River. The signature maison of Jeju Airest City, THE COCOON is a high-end art residence inspired by the primal vitality of Jeju’s Gotjawal landscape, elevated through biomimetic architecture. Innovative non-linear spatial design dissolves the boundaries between interior and exterior, walls and ceilings, transforming the residence into a collectible private gallery beyond conventional living.

THE OBJET is a monumental architectural sculpture that visualizes, through architectural language, the breathing rhythms of Gotjawal—Jeju’s “lungs”—and its subterranean Soomgol air passages. Going beyond residential function, the project adopts a “Sound Box” motif and a semi-open spatial composition, allowing wind, light, and the rhythms of nature to flow through the space as a multisensory healing environment.

A brand renewal project that reimagined an aging hotel deli as a sophisticated “Gourmet Boutique,” leading the trend of “Fashionable Food.” Through a retail identity strategy targeting business leaders and global clientele, the project lowered entry barriers to hotel F&B and repositioned the space as a new lifestyle consumption hub. Following the renewal, sales increased by an impressive 250%, making this project a successful business turnaround.

THE FOREST is a biophilic architectural project that reinterprets the primal vitality of Jeju’s Gotjawal through the geometric aesthetics of hexagonal modules. An organic spatial structure and panoramic ocean-view–oriented design deliver both an overwhelming sense of openness and deep communion with nature. In particular, a double-height foyer with gallery functions and sculptural terrace gardens elevate the project beyond conventional housing.

SEOUL DIGITAL KYUJANGGAK inherits the spirit of King Jeongjo’s Gyujanggak, merging Seoul’s 600 years of historical heritage with advanced IT technologies to form a future-oriented Cultural Seed Library. Beyond archiving knowledge, it is conceived as a creative industry launchpad that incubates new cultural industries through the convergence of humanities and technology.

THE OVAL is a high-end maison that embodies the life force of Gotjawal through a symbolic Oval Atrium, transforming the building itself into a grand frame that embraces nature. Organic circulation centered around the courtyard, sculptural staircases, and panoramic ocean views converge to offer a seamless spatial experience that dissolves the boundary between inside and outside.

The BA SON PROJECT is a waterfront cultural complex located at the critical node between Ho Chi Minh City’s historic core and emerging new districts, along the Mekong River. Employing the concept of an “Ice Forest”, which forms a dramatic contrast with the tropical climate, the project uses architecture as a cooling metaphor to create a futuristic skyline.

SK VIEW is SK Construction’s flagship residential brand and a strategic brand repositioning project that moved beyond the former HOMAX identity to introduce the paradigm of Urban Aesthetics. The visual experience of viewing the city skyline through windows was systemized under the slogan “The City Is Beautiful”, supported by a distinctive BIP that elevated the value of residential space.

Through a naming strategy that integrates both companies’ brand assets and a dynamic Brand Identity Program (BIP) inspired by the urban skyline, the project set a new benchmark for residential culture.

This master plan reinterprets the historical context of the Hanyang City Wall by vertically integrating a “modern hanok hotel” with an open-air street mall, transforming a 15-meter topographical constraint into a dynamic architectural sequence. By reinventing the traditional enclosed duty-free model into an experiential cultural platform where shopping and culture flow seamlessly, the project repositioned the duty-free complex as a distinctive heritage landmark.
