Located at the prime core of Jeongja-dong, Bundang, this project marked a turning point in Korea’s residential history. Born from a strategic joint venture between two construction giants—SK Engineering & Construction and POSCO E&C—it became the nation’s first true high-end mixed-use residential complex. By combining the construction expertise and brand power of both companies, the project aimed to go beyond conventional housing to create an urban symbol and a lasting architectural masterpiece.
Naming & Concept

The name “PARK VIEW” was chosen to intuitively express the site’s most essential value—its expansive park views—confidently positioning the development within the high-end residential market. A dynamic and modern brand identity program (BIP), inspired by the city skyline, visually established a powerful presence where vertical architectural ambition harmonizes with nature, setting a new benchmark for residential culture.
Launching & Promotion Strategy
Through prestige marketing that highlighted a luxury lifestyle far beyond conventional apartments, the project redefined upper-class urban living. Together with its transformative skyline, the brand evolved into a true landmark identity, becoming synonymous with the district itself and standing as a defining success that ushered in the golden era of mixed-use residential developments.
