Gwangju, South Korea
Overview
This project is Korea’s first export-oriented residential model, conceived with the ambition of positioning Korean housing products on the global stage. Grounded in in-depth anthropological research and urban analysis of Gwangju in the Honam region, it targets Next-Generation Female Leaders (Next Gen Female CEOs) who are shaping contemporary consumer trends. Moving beyond conventional apartments, the project is planned as a high-end residential–hotel complex, combining an international business environment with hotel-level concierge services.
Urban & Architectural Concept
To break away from standardized floor plans, the project introduces an innovative 3D Space Integration design strategy. Based on flexible layouts that accommodate diverse lifestyles—such as entrepreneurial working mothers and professionals—each level is uniquely curated: Korean sensibility on the lower floors, European elegance inspired by London and Paris on the mid-levels, and a New York–style urban aesthetic on the upper floors. This layered approach delivers distinct spatial experiences and aesthetics, culminating in a highly refined model of bespoke, emotion-driven residential design.

Business Vision & Philosophy
Through a strategy of unit diversification and precise target customization, the project maximizes product rarity while meeting the refined expectations of discerning consumers. By proposing an all-in-one lifestyle that seamlessly integrates living, work, culture, and art, it offers exceptional residential satisfaction for end users and differentiated asset value for investors. Ultimately, the project aspires to transcend the limitations of regional housing markets and emerge as a lifestyle landmark that sets a new global standard.
