THE MOBIUS
2011
Jeju, South Korea
Overview
This high-end residential model architecturally embodies an “Infinite Loop,” where roof, walls, and floors are connected as a single continuous line. Breaking away from rigid housing typologies, the building is conceived as an organic landmark that operates like a living organism. Beyond simple habitation, it offers a seamless spatial flow that delivers deep psychological comfort, establishing a new archetype for artistic, healing-oriented living spaces.
Urban & Architectural Concept
A total design approach extends the building’s flowing exterior curves seamlessly into the interior, fully dissolving the boundary between inside and outside. Custom-designed integrated built-in furniture follows the architectural curves, unifying furniture and space into a highly refined, cohesive whole. Rounded edges and soft volumes create a distinctive spatial identity where visual comfort and sculptural beauty coexist.

Business Vision & Philosophy
By perfectly integrating function and form into a unified spatial aesthetic, the project introduces a differentiated value proposition to the high-end residential market. The architecture itself functions as a complete masterpiece, offering residents the pride of owning a one-of-a-kind environment while delivering enduring collectible value as a future-oriented lifestyle platform.
