RESIDENTIAL

The first export-oriented residential model planned with the goal of globalizing Korean housing. Targeting next-generation female leaders (CEOs) who shape consumer trends, the project incorporates specialized designs tailored to their refined sensibilities. Spatial value is differentiated through a curated vertical composition of three global residential styles: Korean sensibility on the lower levels, European leisure on the mid-levels, and New York–style living on the upper floors.
GALLERY 303

Korea’s first avant-garde penthouse, pioneering a new genre of high-end residential living in the heart of Gangnam for third-generation global CEOs. By introducing surrealist aesthetics into spatial design, the architecture is elevated into a work of art. Through five fully customized unit strategies that reject uniformity, the project achieved a remarkable 100% sell-out in just five days—becoming a definitive success story in high-end real estate development.
BOUTIQUE MONACO

A 3,498-unit landmark development built in Suwon, conceived as an eco-lifestyle city centered around the “Vitamin Cell Park” ecological landscape master plan. The project introduced the innovative Alpha Space, a groundbreaking residential layout that became a game-changer in Korean housing culture by maximizing spatial efficiency. It stood out as the only project to achieve a 100% sell-out during the 2008 global financial crisis, proving its exceptional market competitiveness.
SK SKY VIEW

The signature maison of Jeju Airest City, THE COCOON is a high-end art residence inspired by the primal vitality of Jeju’s Gotjawal landscape, elevated through biomimetic architecture. Innovative non-linear spatial design dissolves the boundaries between interior and exterior, walls and ceilings, transforming the residence into a collectible private gallery beyond conventional living.
THE COCOON

THE OBJET is a monumental architectural sculpture that visualizes, through architectural language, the breathing rhythms of Gotjawal—Jeju’s “lungs”—and its subterranean Soomgol air passages. Going beyond residential function, the project adopts a “Sound Box” motif and a semi-open spatial composition, allowing wind, light, and the rhythms of nature to flow through the space as a multisensory healing environment.
