The project provides an ideal residential environment for professionals in AI, IT, and the arts, enabling them to reconnect with nature beyond the urban setting. Through the concept of a “Digital Forest,” it presents a future living model that combines advanced technology with ecological systems.
Urban & Architectural Concept
Designed as a living botanical garden, the district integrates greenery, water elements, and high-end community facilities such as smart farms, workshops, and libraries. Ecological systems, including rainwater management and organic waste recycling, are embedded to create a next-generation eco-smart environment.

Business Vision & Philosophy
This is an economically self-sustaining housing model where residents produce food and circulate resources, significantly lowering living costs. It goes beyond conventional housing to offer a premium wellness lifestyle, enhancing both resident satisfaction and long-term asset value.
