By integrating AK Group’s evolution from consumer goods to aviation and distribution with the placemaking potential of transit-oriented development (TOD), AK Plaza was repositioned as a comprehensive lifestyle platform. The project introduces a contemporary reinterpretation of the site’s legacy through the “Market Street” concept, creating a multi-layered experiential environment that encourages human-scale circulation and moments of serendipity.

By introducing surrealist aesthetics into spatial design, the architecture is elevated into a work of art. THE MARKET WALK is a mixed-use residential and commercial platform that generates urban vitality through the synergy between housing and street-oriented retail. Reinterpreting Jeju’s traditional market culture as a contemporary open-street mall, the project plans 147 residential units positioned as a local community anchor for trendsetters and creators.

The BA SON PROJECT is a waterfront cultural complex located at the critical node between Ho Chi Minh City’s historic core and emerging new districts, along the Mekong River. Employing the concept of an “Ice Forest”, which forms a dramatic contrast with the tropical climate, the project uses architecture as a cooling metaphor to create a futuristic skyline.
