This project reinterprets the philosophy of Swiss Perfection, Korea’s leading luxury cosmetic and spa brand, into a spatial experience. Located near the Leeum Museum in Namsan, the concept goes beyond a flagship store, aiming to create an architectural artwork that embodies the brand’s elegance and identity.
Urban & Architectural Concept
The core concept of “skin’s living beauty” is visualized through a fluid, organic architectural form. In collaboration with leading architects, the design features a dynamic, curved façade inspired by the flexibility and vitality of living skin cells. This unique architectural language creates a rare, sculptural landmark that seamlessly integrates with Namsan’s natural environment.

The project serves as an exclusive luxury beauty & spa sanctuary, offering VVIP clients both artistic inspiration and private retreat.
