Overview
Breaking away from conventional box-type retail, the project introduces a story-driven commercial district inspired by Suwon Hwaseong and the aesthetics of the Nam June Paik Art Center. It aims to create a premium hub serving advanced industry professionals, global visitors, and Samsung-related business networks.
Urban & Architectural Concept
A six-star landmark hotel, boutique officetels, and themed retail are organically arranged around a large waterfront space. The design integrates water features to reduce urban heat and a pedestrian-friendly network, achieving an eco-friendly and visually compelling environment.

Business Vision & Philosophy
The project functions as an experiential retail platform, enabling dynamic interactions between brands and consumers through events and exhibitions. With strong landmark appeal, it maximizes visitor engagement and serves as a key revenue driver, generating high commercial value and brand loyalty.
